I hereby confirm that all information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate disqualification. By submitting this application, I agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by The United Youth Organisation.

Application Fee

The application fee is mandatory and strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This applies to all participation categories. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed or considered for selection.

Selection & Confirmation

Successful applicants will be notified via email and must confirm their participation within the specified timeframe. Failure to confirm within the given deadline may result in forfeiture of the offered place.

Use of Submitted Materials

By submitting this application, participants grant The United Youth Organisation permission to use their name, biography, photographs, and submitted materials for promotional, media, and communication purposes related to the UN United Youth Forum Kenya 2026.

Data Protection & Privacy

All personal information provided will be used solely for application review, scholarship assessment, and event coordination purposes. Data will be handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws to ensure confidentiality and proper safeguarding.

Scholarship Selection Process

Scholarship applications are reviewed by an independent evaluation panel appointed by The United Youth Organisation. All decisions made by the selection panel are final and not subject to appeal.

Scholarship Decisions & Fee Policy

Applicants who are not selected under scholarship categories are not entitled to dispute or request a refund of the application fee. The organisation reserves the right to contest any payment disputes, and any related liabilities shall remain the responsibility of the applicant.

Participation, Safety & Responsibility

The forum offers participation under Fully Funded, Partially Funded, Financial Assistance, and Self-Funded categories. While The United Youth Organisation strives to ensure a safe and professional environment, it shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event. Participants are responsible for complying with all event guidelines, venue regulations, and safety protocols, as well as safeguarding their personal belongings.

Professional Conduct & Legal Understanding

By applying, participants acknowledge and accept the non-refundable nature of the application fee. Applicants agree to maintain professional, respectful, and ethical conduct throughout the selection process and event. Any form of defamation, misconduct, or violation of the organisation’s policies may result in disqualification and appropriate legal action where necessary.
